What are tyhe consequences of 1. IJ amends the factual allegations sua sponte although respondent had moved in ba written motion to have DHS amend the incorrect facts;
2. IJ denies the sua sponte amending because she reads husband's NTA and not wife's and documents and exhibits are not filed;
3. Chief Coinsel serves lodged charge that corrects falty NTA
4. Chief Counsel indicates that he does not oppose motion to file late documents and exhibits as long as lodged charge is admitted to;
5. Lodged charge is admitted to and unopposed motion to accept exhibits and exhibits is filed.


4. Late exhibits are filed.
